1. Eligibility: This offer is valid only for verified customers of Poppy Mattress who submit a genuine Product Review or Google Review. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.
2. Review Guidelines: Your review must honestly reflect your personal experience with our product. If submitting a Google Review, it must be publicly visible. Screenshots must clearly show the published review.
3. Media Usage: By uploading photos or videos of your setup, you grant Poppy Mattress a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display these materials across our marketing channels, including our website and social media.
4. Reward Fulfillment: Complimentary rewards are subject to availability. Poppy Mattress reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Verification: Our team will verify all submissions within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to reject submissions that appear fraudulent, automated, or fail to meet our guidelines.
6. Data Privacy: The personal information (name, phone, address, etc.) you provide will be securely stored and used strictly for the purpose of verifying your review and delivering your reward, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Modifications: Poppy Mattress reserves the right to modify or terminate this Customer Appreciation Program at any time without prior notice.
